Overview

Welcome to Holy Moments ("we", "our", or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Holy Moments mobile application (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Use of the App

Holy Moments is provided for personal and non-commercial use. You agree to use the App in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not use the App in any way that interferes with its operation or attempts to gain unauthorized access to it.

Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of Holy Moments may require a paid subscription. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at the time of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device account settings.

If a free trial is offered, it will be clearly stated before you begin your subscription. Only new subscribers are eligible for free trials unless otherwise specified.

Intellectual Property

All original content, design, and features of the Holy Moments app are the intellectual property of the developer and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reuse any part of the App without written permission.

Public Domain Content

Some of the prayers, writings, and spiritual reflections included in the Holy Moments app are derived from works that are in the public domain or otherwise freely available for use. We make no claim of ownership over this material.

However, all original text, layout, formatting, design, and presentation within the app — including how this content is organized, displayed, and integrated — are the intellectual property of the app developer and are protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Where original commentary, curation, or design elements have been added, these portions remain our exclusive property and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.

Disclaimer

The Holy Moments app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free. Your use of the App is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. This includes, but is not limited to, data loss, device issues, or emotional or spiritual outcomes related to your use of the content.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any updates will be posted on this page with a new revision date. Continued use of the App after such changes means you accept the updated Terms.
